For patients travelling from the UK

Know what can be planned before you travel—and what must wait.

Treatment abroad is easier to consider when the clinical stages, review needs and uncertainties are clear from the beginning.

01

Start with the clinical problem

Tell us what is troubling you and what treatment you have already received. We will explain which records may help with an initial review.

02

Plan realistic stages

Implant healing, bone grafting and laboratory work can require more than one visit. Timing is outlined before you book, then confirmed after examination.

03

Agree follow-up early

Reviews, maintenance and the pathway for an unexpected problem are part of the plan—not an afterthought once you return home.

Areas of care

Important treatments, considered as part of the whole case.

We identify the problem, compare reasonable options and explain why a particular treatment may—or may not—be appropriate. No procedure is prescribed solely from photographs or a message.

01

Dental implants in Spain

Assessment and planning for single or multiple implants, with the final restoration considered from the beginning.

Each indication is confirmed after clinical and radiographic examination.
02

Full-mouth rehabilitation

Fixed and removable implant-supported options for complex cases involving many or all teeth.

The number of implants and type of prosthesis depend on anatomy, function and maintenance needs.
03

Bone grafting & sinus lifts

Guided bone regeneration, sinus elevation and management of bone deficiencies when clinically indicated.

The surgical approach depends on anatomy, health and the proposed restoration.
04

Ceramic dental restorations

Ceramic crowns, bridges and restorations designed to recover function, stability and a natural appearance.

Material and design are selected for the individual clinical situation.
05

Porcelain & composite veneers

Porcelain and direct composite veneers for carefully selected aesthetic cases, with a conservative approach whenever possible.

Alternatives and limitations are discussed before treatment.
06

Invisible orthodontics

Clear-aligner treatment for adults and suitable younger patients, supported by digital planning and regular clinical reviews.

Best suited to residents and patients able to attend planned follow-up visits.

Implantology and regeneration

Bone, implants and the final teeth are planned together.

Implant treatment is more than placing an implant. The position, available bone, gum tissues, bite and proposed restoration all influence the plan.

  • Single and multiple-tooth implant rehabilitation
  • Fixed full-arch and removable implant-supported options
  • Guided bone regeneration for selected defects
  • Sinus elevation where clinically indicated
  • Ceramic and composite restorative planning
Clinical clarity

Regeneration is recommended only when the diagnosis and restorative plan justify it. Alternative options are discussed before consent.

Your treatment journey

Clinical decisions first. Travel decisions second.

We help you understand the likely clinical process before you commit to a trip, while being honest about what cannot be confirmed remotely.

  1. 01

    Tell us what concerns you

Contact the clinic with a short description of the problem, your country and preferred way to speak.

  2. 02

    Preliminary clinical review

We explain which records may be useful. Any remote opinion remains provisional until an in-person examination.

  3. 03

    Plan the clinical stages

You receive an outline of likely options, appointments and limitations before making travel decisions.

  4. 04

    Diagnosis and treatment

The definitive plan is confirmed in Torremolinos after examination and any necessary imaging.

  5. 05

    Reviews and continuity

We agree early reviews, longer-term maintenance and how to respond if a problem arises after returning home.

International patients

Dental treatment, with practical orientation—not a travel package.

Sonrisol organises the clinical part of your care. We may provide general information about Torremolinos, access and likely appointment timing, but patients contract and pay for flights, accommodation and transport independently.

Travel insurance should be appropriate for planned treatment abroad. Patients should allow for possible schedule changes and understand the agreed review and complication pathway.

Questions before travelling

Clear answers to the practical questions.

These general answers do not replace advice based on your own medical and dental history.

Can you confirm a treatment plan before I travel?

We can provide a preliminary clinical orientation after reviewing the information available. A definitive diagnosis, consent and treatment plan require an in-person examination and any indicated imaging.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on the treatment, healing and whether bone regeneration is required. We will not promise a fixed number of visits before the clinical assessment.

What if I need bone grafting or a sinus lift?

Available scans may indicate that additional bone treatment could be needed, but the definitive decision depends on an in-person examination and appropriate imaging. We explain why it is recommended, the alternatives, healing stages and how it affects the overall schedule before consent.

Do you arrange flights or accommodation?

No. Sonrisol provides dental treatment and basic practical orientation. Patients book and pay for travel and accommodation independently.

Is invisible orthodontics suitable for patients travelling from abroad?

Orthodontics requires regular reviews. It is usually more practical for residents, frequent visitors or patients who can reliably attend the agreed follow-up schedule.

Are implant or aesthetic results guaranteed?

No healthcare result can be guaranteed. We explain expected benefits, alternatives, limitations and material risks for the individual case before consent.
